このプライバシーポリシーは、iOS アプリ「AIで学ぶイタリア語」（英名: MMC Mobile、以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報およびユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明するものです。
This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS app “AIで学ぶイタリア語” (a.k.a. MMC Mobile, “the App”) handles user data and personal information.
要約: 本アプリはユーザーの個人情報（氏名・メール・位置情報等）を収集せず、広告 ID・解析 SDK を一切使用しません。ユーザーが検索・画像 OCR・クイズ生成を実行したときにのみ、対象の単語・フレーズや選択した画像が OpenRouter および選択した各 AI モデル提供元へ送信されます。送信経路は 2 通りです: (a) ご自身の API キーを登録した場合（BYOK・任意）は端末から直接送信され、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。(b) お試し・Pro でキーを登録せずに利用する場合は、開発者が運営する中継サーバー（Cloudflare Workers 上のプロキシ）を経由します。中継サーバーは入力内容・画像を保存せず、匿名の端末トークンと利用回数のみを記録します（第 2.5 章）。
Summary: The App does not collect personal information (name, email, location, etc.) and uses no advertising IDs or analytics SDKs. Only when you run a search, image OCR, or quiz generation are the words/phrases and the image you selected sent to OpenRouter and the AI model providers you selected, via one of two routes: (a) if you registered your own API key (BYOK, optional), directly from your device without passing through the developer’s servers; (b) if you use the trial or Pro without a key, through a relay server operated by the developer (a proxy on Cloudflare Workers). The relay does not store your inputs or images; it records only an anonymous device token and usage counts (Section 2.5).

The developer does not collect personal identifiers, location, contacts, calendar, health data, IDFA, IDFV, or the content you input (search words / images pass through the relay without being stored). Only when you use the relay server (trial / Pro), the developer’s server (Cloudflare Workers KV) records minimal operational data: an anonymous device token (random UUID), usage counters, the fact of a Pro purchase (verified with Apple), and a daily registration count keyed by a hashed IP (raw IP not stored; auto-deleted after 48 hours). See Section 2.5. Data you create is stored only on your device.
本アプリの中核機能（複数 AI による解説、画像 OCR、クイズ生成）を使用した場合に限り、対象のテキストまたは画像が、ユーザーが選択した第三者 AI プロバイダのサーバーへ送信されます。送信は次の条件でのみ行われます:

ご自身の API キーを登録している場合、送信は開発者のサーバーを経由せず端末から直接行われます。お試し・Pro でキーを登録していない場合は開発者の中継サーバー（第 2.5 章）を経由しますが、内容は保存されずそのまま転送されます。送信内容の保存期間・ログ取得・モデル学習への利用可否などは、各プロバイダのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従います。特に、モデル名の末尾が「:free」のモデルは、入力が提供元の学習・ログに利用される場合があります。機微な内容の入力は避けるか、有料モデルの利用をご検討ください。
With your own API key, transmission goes directly from your device to the provider. On the trial/Pro route it passes through the developer’s relay (Section 2.5), which forwards without storing. Retention, logging, and model-training are governed by each provider’s own policy. Models ending in “:free” may use inputs for provider training/logging — avoid sensitive input or use paid models.

お試し（最初の 10 回）および Pro 購入後にご自身の API キーを登録せずに利用する場合、AI への送信は開発者が運営する中継サーバー（Cloudflare Workers 上のプロキシ）を経由します。目的は、(1) API キーをアプリに埋め込まずに安全に管理すること、(2) お試し・Pro の利用回数を管理することです。

保存しないもの: 検索した単語・フレーズ、OCR の画像、AI の回答本文、氏名・メールアドレス・Apple ID。入力内容はそのまま OpenRouter へ転送され、中継サーバー上に残りません。端末トークンは氏名等と一切ひも付かない匿名の識別子です。Pro 購入の検証では、Apple が発行する匿名のトランザクション ID を中継サーバー経由で Apple（App Store Server API）に照会します。支払い情報（カード番号等）が開発者に渡ることはありません。
When you use the trial (first 10 searches) or Pro without registering your own API key, AI requests pass through a relay server operated by the developer (a proxy on Cloudflare Workers). It exists to (1) keep the API key out of the app binary and (2) manage trial/Pro usage limits. It stores only: an anonymous device token (random UUID), usage counters, a Pro-purchase flag (verified with Apple), and a daily registration count keyed by a hashed IP (raw IP not stored; auto-deleted after 48 hours). It does NOT store your search words, OCR images, AI responses, or any personal identifiers. For purchase verification, the anonymous transaction ID issued by Apple is checked against Apple’s App Store Server API via the relay; payment details are never shared with the developer.
API キーの登録は任意です（お試し・Pro は登録なしで利用できます）。登録すると、AI への送信は端末から直接行われ（中継サーバーを経由しません）、利用上限もなくなります。ユーザーが入力した OpenRouter の API キーは、iOS の Keychain（Expo SecureStore による端末内の安全な保存領域） に保存されます。iCloud Keychain への同期は行いません。API キーは AI プロバイダへのリクエスト送信時にのみ参照され、開発者が取得することはありません。設定画面からいつでも削除できます。
Registering an API key is optional (the trial and Pro work without one); with a key, requests go directly from your device with no usage caps. Your OpenRouter API key is stored in the iOS Keychain (via Expo SecureStore) on the device only, not synced to iCloud Keychain. It is referenced only when sending requests; the developer never receives it. You can delete it anytime in Settings.
検索履歴、学習カード（SRS）、学習統計、アプリ設定、モデルのプリセットなどのアプリ内データは、端末内（React Native の AsyncStorage）にのみ保存されます。端末間同期や開発者サーバーへの送信は行わず、開発者はこれらにアクセスできません。
Search history, learning cards (SRS), statistics, settings, and presets are stored locally on the device (React Native AsyncStorage) only — not synced across devices, not sent to any server, and not accessible to the developer.
Camera and photo library access are used only for the image OCR feature. Selected/captured images are sent to the AI provider for OCR as in Section 2; the developer does not store or collect them. The microphone is not used.
復習を促すためのローカル通知（端末内でスケジュール）を提供する場合があります。端末内で完結し、外部サーバーへの送信やプッシュ通知サービスの利用は行いません。iOS 設定またはアプリ内設定からいつでも無効化できます。
The App may schedule local, on-device reminder notifications. No data is sent to any server and no push service is used; you can disable them anytime.
Pro（買い切り・非消耗型）は Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理されます。支払い情報は Apple が処理し、開発者はアクセスできません。購入の事実確認のため、Apple が発行する匿名のトランザクション ID のみを中継サーバー経由で Apple に照会します（第 2.5 章）。カード番号等の支払い情報が開発者に渡ることはありません。
The Pro upgrade (non-consumable) is processed via Apple StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not accessible to the developer. Only the anonymous transaction ID issued by Apple is checked with Apple via the relay server to verify the purchase (Section 2.5).
本アプリは IDFA・IDFV・デバイスフィンガープリント等のトラッキング目的の識別子、第三者の広告ネットワーク／トラッキング SDK、解析 SDK（Firebase Analytics・Crashlytics・Sentry 等）を一切使用しません。お試し・Pro の中継サーバーで用いる匿名の端末トークン（第 2.5 章）は、利用回数管理と不正利用防止のためだけに使うアプリ生成のランダム ID であり、他のアプリ・サービスを横断した追跡には一切使用しません。App Tracking Transparency (ATT) の許可ダイアログは表示されません。Privacy Manifest でも NSPrivacyTracking = false を宣言しています。
No IDFA/IDFV, fingerprinting, tracking identifiers, ad networks, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs are used. The anonymous device token (Section 2.5) is an app-generated random ID used solely for usage limits and abuse prevention — never for cross-app tracking. The ATT prompt is not shown. The Privacy Manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false.
独自のクラッシュレポート収集機能・解析 SDK は組み込んでいません。iOS の「App デベロッパと共有」が有効な場合に限り、Apple が匿名化したクラッシュ情報が Apple 経由で共有されることがあり、iOS 設定からいつでもオプトアウトできます。
No third-party crash/analytics SDK is embedded. Crash reports may be shared only via Apple’s standard anonymized “Share with App Developers” mechanism, which you can opt out of in iOS settings.
開発者は、ユーザーのデータを第三者へ販売・提供・共有することはありません。第 2 章の AI プロバイダへの送信は、ユーザー自身の選択と同意に基づいて行われるものであり、中継サーバーを経由する場合も内容は保存されず転送のみ行われます（第 2.5 章）。
The developer does not sell, share, or transfer user data to any third party. Transmission to AI providers (Section 2) occurs under your explicit consent; when it passes through the relay server, content is forwarded without being stored (Section 2.5).
GDPR Art. 15–22 / Japan APPI: access and rectify all in-app data; erase all on-device data (incl. the API key and the relay token) via Settings; deleting the App removes everything on-device. To delete relay-server operational data (anonymous token, usage counters, Pro flag — Section 2.5), contact us via Section 13. For data already sent to a provider, contact that provider.
